The moment we met this sacred land we knew this was “The Place”, as we were surrounded by nature, trees, wildlife, history, open spaces, water, and of course - magic!

Built in 1958, The Vineyard House has a ranch-style allure featuring flagstone floors, a petrified rock fireplace, and piano. Sip your morning coffee on the front deck while admiring the expansive grass lawns, or unwind on the back patio overlooking the neighboring vineyard.

    The Place features a beautiful inground pool for refreshing dips or just lounging around. Don't forget to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy at the poolside bar or jacuzzi!

  • Grassy Lawns

    Want to play volleyball, croquet, or just kick a soccer ball around? Maybe a picnic with a glass of wine? The Place boasts over an acre of flat, green lawns for your enjoyment.

  • Fruit Trees

    Immerse yourself in the bounty of our fruit trees at The Place, where you can feel free to handpick a variety of fresh, seasonal fruits, including crisp apples, juicy apricots, succulent peaches, and tangy pomegranates.

  • The Place is a very unique property with its very own rustic charm. The Place probably wouldn't be your jam if:

    + Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am feel too restrictive
    + You want to have unregistered guests stay with you
    + Finding the occasional bug, spider, or critter is a hard no
    + Sharing spaces like the pool, outdoor dining, or creek access isn't your thing
    + Seeing other guests and hosts on the grounds isn't your vibe
    + You're planning a wild late night rager
    + Seeing javelina, deer, beavers, otters, and other wildlife would freak you out
    + You're expecting brand new digs or luxury high-end finishes
    + Walking or biking to restaurants, bars, or stores is crucial for your trip

  • While the pool is not heated during the winter months, the on-site hot tub remains available year-round for guest use!

  • We are within a 4 minute drive to all four wineries.

  • Our guests appreciate the peaceful ambiance that our property is known for, which is why we take great care to maintain the tranquility. For this reason we do not allow for large gatherings or events of any kind.
